Pratt-Read Training Glider Built for the US Navy and used in WWII. This one weighed 980 lbs. empty and was restored for its owner, Arlen Anderson of Oregon. A rather large and strong glider with comfortable side by side seating, it had all ball bearing linkages and mass balanced control sufaces and was a very smooth flyer, capable of staying up in light lift conditions.
